Chicken with almonds

Ingredients

• chicken 400g
• almonds 30g
• soy 50ml
• ketchup 30g
• maizena (corn starch) 1 tea spoon
• olive oil 20ml
• salt
• pepper

Steps

• Use ceramic jar if available and the MamboMix spoon
• Add olive oil and set to 120deg, strength 6, 1min
• Add chicken in small bits with salt and pepper, set to 120deg, strength 6, 7 minutes. Stir every ~2min
• Add ketchup, maizena, soy and almonds, set to 100deg, strength 4, speed 1, 5min

Forget-me-nots

• Any chicken or turkey will do, preferably legs
• Not much salt, soy is salty
